If you bought something from us within the past 30 days and it is now listed at a lower price, let us know. Email or call us for your price adjustment request. We will then review and verify the price adjustment request. Diamond Bedding has the final decision for matching an online price.

The following limitations apply:

  • You must have purchased the item from us within 30 days of the date of your price adjustment request

Shipping and delivery

We provide free shipping and installation service in the area of Phnom Penh. For orders outside of Phnom Penh, we will use a delivery agency or courier to deliver items to customers in any province of Cambodia. Installation service will be charged for customers outside Phnom Penh. we aim to deliver our orders within 24 hours for customers located in phone Penh. Please noted that there might be a case where it is not possible to deliver to some location. if this is the case, we will inform you in advance And either cancel the order or delivery it to an alternative address provided by you.

Return Product

There are 2 cases of order cancellation

1. canceled by our store: can cancel orders due to products that are not available for sale, products that are out of promotion, products that have been discontinued, the product cannot be delivered, the website system is down, and in case of unable to contact the purchaser.

2. Canceled by the purchaser: can be canceled by contacting the staff. Before delivery of goods (from the date the staff confirms the receipt of your message) by refunding the period of the payment system and the bank.

Products that cannot be canceled

  • Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Made-to-order products, Built-in products, Semi-Built-in Products Order cannot be canceled.
